Today you get to do five of something. It can be anything you want! Really, anything!
Okay, I’ll give you five ideas to help you out:
- Eat five servings of fruits and vegetables.
- Do five push ups.
- Eat five scoops of ice cream. (I didn’t say it had to be healthy!)
- Send postcards to five people you love (or at least really like).
- Go to bed five minutes earlier.
Oooh Bonus item: Write down five things that made you happy or made you think today.
