A to Z Blogging Challenge: H is for Homemade

This month I am participating in the A to Z Blogging Challenge. My theme is my Joy (sometimes Gratitude) List and each entry will be 53 words which is my current age. Enjoy!

In my quest to eat healthier I have tried to make various homemade items. Many were too much work or didn’t taste that great but three items that turned out to be keepers are jello (no artificial colors), brownies (way yummier) and granola  (much less sugar and you get exactly what you like).

    1. I sprinkle one packet of gelatin over 1 cup of juice and then heat 1 more cup of juice to a boil, add 1 1/2 tablespoons of sugar, stir until dissolved and then add hot mixture to cold. Give a good stir and then I put in dessert dishes and chill til solid. Not really any harder then making jello from a box!
