This month I am participating in the A to Z Blogging Challenge. My theme is my Joy (sometimes Gratitude) List and each entry will be 53 words which is my current age. Enjoy!

I am a big Agatha Christie fan and last year I splurged on the “Complete Case Collection of Poirot” starring David Suchet. It brings my ‘little gray cells’ great joy to pop in a DVD whenever I get a hankering for an elegant British murder amid art-deco décor with a smattering en Français.
Love Poirot!!

Suchet is good. Have you ever checked out the movies with Peter Ustinov or Albert Finney? Or the new Murder on the Orient Express with Kenneth Branaugh? I could not say which was best, but I love to compare/contrast.

I saw the new MOTOE and it felt more like a spoof to me. I haven’t seen Ustinov or Finney. I fear I would be disappointed, seems like I am a one Poirot woman! This morning I watched “Death on the Nile” (in my pj’s while eating a donut, I have finally decided to take this quarantine seriously!) and did you know who was in it? David Soul, Starsky and Hutch’s David Soul! I was floored.

That must be a different Death on the Nile than I saw! But I must look for more Christie adaptations. They are usually fun, even if not what I pictured when I read the book.
